The Lincoln County Clerk’s Office is conducting a special recall election for the Village of Sutherland

Board of Trustees. This is an election by mail; therefore no polling places will be open on Election Day. Ballots will be mailed on October 30, 2017 to all active registered voters in the Village of Sutherland. If my office received information that you may have a different address than that appearing on your voter registration record you will be mailed a letter to verify or update your address. A ballot will be mailed to you after we receive your updated information.

If you do not receive a ballot or letter within 7 days of mailing please contact our office at 308-534-4350 Ext. 110. If you receive your mail at a P.O. Box and you are not sure if the P.O Box mailing address was included when you registered to vote please contact our office promptly to verify. Replacement ballots are available if a ballot is lost, destroyed, spoiled, or not received by the voter. However, a replacement ballot cannot be issued without the voter signing an affidavit before another ballot can be issued.
