  • Travel plus Recreational (20 + 54 = 74 teams) - $2,284 ($31 per team, per year),,
  • Travel plus Recreational plus Adult (20 + 54 + 12 = 86 teams) - $2,519 ($29 per team, per year)
  • TeamSnap would not charge for Futsal teams (7) as that operates in the Winter and would fall under our team licenses. Similarly for our Academy (2) and BoD (1) teams.
  • The purchase of TeamSnap MAY be offset by the reduction of DropBox ($2,250) if we are able to use TeamSnap’s file storage service. Further research is needed to determine if this would be a true cost savings for the Club.

  • Propose to raise dues for the 2017/2018 year for the Travel Program only.
  • The dues increase will be $65 per player, per season ($130 annually for U11-U14 and $65 annually for U15-U18)

Note: The Club will be collecting the cost of one tournament per season at the time of registration. This cost will total $240 per player for U11-U14s. The total upfront cost for U15-U18 will be $120 as these players typically only play in the Fall. This is not a new cost, but rather an upfront payment to cover the cost of one tournament per season. Teams may participate in more tournaments if desired.

  • Filling Open Board Seat
  • Matt Zeiger, was nominated in the April Board Meeting as a candidate for our open Board of Directors seat.
  • April motion was passed to vote in the May meeting to elect Matt Zeiger for a one year term on the board.
  • May vote will be to elect Matt for a term of May 2017 through November 2017 which coincides with our Club’s Annual Meeting. At that time all seats with ending terms will be open for new candidates to run for a seat.
