  1. Entries must be received by JULY 1 and fees must accompany the entry. Fair Association has the right to reject any entry.
  2. All animals must be the bona fide property of the exhibitor as of July 1. No more than 2 prizes shall be awarded to any exhibitor under any one lot number.
  3. General health rules apply.
  4. No exercising of animals in youth arena unless they are on a lunge rope.
