Jeff Baill is a nationally recognized subrogation attorney who has handled virtually every type of subrogation matter in his 30 years of practicing law. After graduating from the University of Michigan he received his law degree from Hamline University School of Law. In 1998 Jeff founded the National Association of Subrogation Professionals. He served as president of the organization for its first four years. He is sought out by recovery managers nationwide to consult on the best practices available to increase subrogation outcomes. Jeff is asked to give subrogation presentations across the country to attorneys and claims professionals on a regular basis. He was a driving force behind the creation of a certification program for subrogation professionals. This professional designation allows people in the industry to demonstrate their competence and raise the stature of subrogation professionals in the insurance industry. Jeff is one of the few lawyers in the country who can claim they have spent their professional career dedicated to the field of subrogation. He has been recognized nationally and locally for his efforts. He has been named a Super Lawyer by Law & Politics magazine and other publications. Jeff continues to practice out of Minneapolis where he focuses on complex subrogation litigation with an emphasis on fires and explosions.
