Dear Handiham Member,
Here is your application packet for the Minnesota Radio Workshop. Help us celebrate 41 Years of Handiham Service this year.
Handiham Radio Workshop is a weeklong session of ham radio fun and study, a time to enjoy some real "on the air" activities, work toward a first license, or upgrade your current license. The setting is Courage North, “deep in the pines”. The contemporary log design of Courage North's buildings adds to the warmth and beauty of the camp. The instructors are experienced amateur radio operators from all over the country. Trained staff members provide all normal daily care, so there is no need to bring a caregiver.
What you will pay to come to camp depends on your financial situation. The Camp Fee Schedule will help you find out how much camp costs for you. (It may be more or less than what you have previously paid.) Radio Camp will continue to accept campers based on eligibility rather than ability to pay.
Courage North is located in Minnesota's beautiful lake country, a prime vacation destination. Family & friends who wish to stay in the area for vacation while you are at camp will find excellent lodging choices in the area for under $100 per night at modern motels.

There is no need for campers to arrange for their own lodging, as we provide all of your food & lodging at camp.
Note: The deadline is August 1, 2008 for all paperwork. After that, camp attendance is on a space available basis.

- Gold Course Signup Sheet: Return with Application form.
- Green Transportation form: Fill out and return by August 1.
- White Medical form: Fill out & return by August 1.
