Deputy and Assistant Headteacher CPD Programme 2016-17
This programme addresses the professional development of Deputy and Assistant Headteachers in schools in LBHF, RBKC and Westminster. It provides opportunities to
- examine some of the work and strengths in other schools
- develop and improve individual leadership and management skills
- network with peer colleagues and share learning
through
- focused visits to schools
- half day leadership and management training sessions which address key leadership issues
