In standard price of stencil included next options:

  • Preparation of order by our engineer according to customer request.
  • Postproduction check of stencil on specialized Automatic Optic Inspection (AOI) system with attached to order check report.
  • Final stencil electro polishing
  • Contrast marking of stencil with full information about order (name of file, ID number of order, thickness of material, side of PCB) produced from operator's side of stencil.
  • Universal pack with hard substrate and handle for carrying, suitable for storage of stencil

Enforcing of stencil edge

Yes/No? / - Reduce possibility of breakthrough for perforation of stencils made of thin materials (0.1 mm or less), and also their crushing during stretching of stencil
- Increase hardness of stencil on the cross-twisting during stretching of stencil
- Secure the edge of the stencil for personnel working with stencils, by thickening and blunting the edge of stencil
