  1. Developing/Strengthening national partnerships
  • Liaison with Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock & Fisheries (MoAL&F) for allocation of Monitoring & Evaluation support person for Plantwise (1.4)

  • Conduct 3 trainings on module 1 with 30 new Plant Doctors.(1.8)

  • Conduct 1 day training on data harmonization and validation (3.1)
  • Undertake 4 data validation and analysis workshopsfor 60 participants (4.11)
  • Conduct 2-day training for 28 cluster coordinators on management and monitoring of e-clinics (3.2)
  • Conduct a 2-day TOT on use of POMs for 28 cluster coordinators and 13 county crop officers (3.4)
  • Conduct a 3-day training for 30 Plant Doctors on use of tablets under AIR study (3.4)

Linking plant clinics with agro-input suppliers

  • Conduct workshop with partners to develop a scaling-up plan, set country targets – building on the drafted national plant health systems strategic plan

Public awareness

Embedding Module 1&2 and PHS approaches in diploma or degree level training
