To work with the management team and develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organisational objectives. Play a key part in the events strategy and organisation for this market which is constantly evolving and growing and help move towards becoming market leaders for poker events. Strong project management skills and a team player are therefore essential for this role.
Tasks and responsibilities will include:-

  • Manage and co-ordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
  • Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
  • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
  • Play a key part in the organisation of poker event
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
  • Determine and create a marketing budget
  • Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget

Job Title: German Speaking Marketing Assistant (ALB 1)

Job Description:

The company are searching for a pro-active student who is studying for a marketing degree and has a strong interest in the automotive industry.
It is an opportunity to gain excellent practical experience in marketing with a variety of duties and have the opportunity to use your knowledge and/or interest in the automotive industry!
Reporting to the managing director, duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Market research in regards to various tyre legislations and their application in their aftermarkets.
  • Preparing marketing and sales campaigns for the companies’ products within the German/Swiss and Austrian markets, these need to be according to the new legislations that are listed for the companies’ products and aftermarket products/services etc.
  • Setting up marketing and marketing materials for a yearly international exhibition in Germany.
  • Research marketing websites aimed at the automotive aftermarket.
  • Preparing training materials including manuals and support documents for products and markets.
  • Liaising with initial customers in order to give feedback to the software development team in order to meet the customer’s requirements.
  • Proving initial customer pre-and post sales support through their distributors and customers and helping the company to set up a system in order to manage these.
  • Assist in general correspondence in the automotive industry market.
  • Hours of work are 9.00am – 17.30pm, Mon – Fri.

Job Description:

Staff Management: Responsible to reporting to the Account Director

  • Monitoring areas such as time of arrival at the office, breaks taken, time of leaving the office, extra work carried out at home, sickness etc
  • Approval of holiday allocation, Dealing with personal issues, Dealing with other staff issues.

Client Projects;

  • Having an overview/understanding of all live jobs to be able to update Account Director on a regular basis and provide advice and support to the Account Management team
  • Ensure targets/deadlines/expectation levels are met for the clients by ensuring the smooth running of all accounts which are managed internally within the Company
  • Maintain the relationship with clients to encourage repeat business
  • To undertake research and proposal writing for new business as required with supervision and assistance from Account Director
  • Read and check proposals and end of campaign reports before being approved by Account Director

Event Management;

  • Arrange all logistics for an event and ensure that all paperwork is in order before attending
  • Liaise with clients regarding their requirements at an event as well as hotel accommodation, activities, transport etc
  • Liaise with clients whether as the Companies representative or when required, to act as the client host
  • Liaise with casino/partner regarding the buy-ins, no-shows and refunds
  • At end of the event, produce all documentation both internally and externally for clients eg producing Statement of Accounts, refund of monies

Job Description:

This is a very interesting and full filling placement that will give the successful candidate a unique insight into the Internal Communications, Branding and Marketing areas. You will be reporting directly to the Leadership team.
Tasks and responsibilities will include;

  • Working with Leadership Team and other key stakeholders to build & communicate the 3 year Strategy
  • Investigate, recommend & manage Voice of the Workforce Feedback & Action Plans
  • Design effective plans & processes to link output of Voice of Workforce feedback to on-going improvement projects within the organisation
  • Liaise with the wider corporation to advise & cascade internally the Governance around Branding & Communications
  • Deep Dive Customer feedback & manage action plans / communicate news accordingly
  • Manage communication in a consistent and timely manner considering the audience & impact/reception on each group

Job Description:

This is a great opportunity for a Mechanical Engineering Student.

You will be working with the Companies Structural Designers; your role will consist of the production of CAD Models and drawings for equipment / parts. The drawings will be used as a part of the Aircraft installation designs.The process will involve using data from equipment installation manuals and drawings.
Your work will then be expanded to include mounting of components and following the Companies design procedures and use of mounting hardware.
Your tasks will be, but are not limited by:

  • Producing CAD models and drawings for equipments/parts

  • Creating training manual for future student

Job Description:
As part of this role you will be assisting in the development of some new and exciting projects that we have in the pipeline as well as the maintenance and refactoring of a range of existing applications including a successful national poker league soon to be taken to the United States on a much larger scale, an event registration and card membership system as well as the development and integration of applications with the Umbraco Content Management System.
Your duties will include:

  • Capturing functional and technical requirements
  • Producing maintainable web applications with solid architecture
  • Ensuring web applications meet web standards and accessibility requirements

  • Regularly liaising account managers, other developers,some occasions directly with clients

To be considered for this opportunity you must:
