Year 3 Homework for Term 2
Reading Pond Target: 30 Homework Target: 6
Each week children are expected to read at home at least three times a week, more if you want to be entered into the Reading Pond. In addition children will be given weekly spellings and Maths facts to learn.
The grid below outlines a range of homework tasks the children can choose from over the course of the term. The expectation is that children complete 6pieces of homework by the end of theterm. You can present your homework in the homework book provided in whichever way you choose (photographs, making things, diagrams, writing etc.) but always thinking about presenting your work neatly and carefully as you would in school.
Once an activity has been completed you can colour it in neatly on the grid, which you can stick in your homework book.
At the end of term if you have handed it at least 6 pieces of homework you will receive a certificate.
