Treasurer Report:

Would like to send out a Big Thank You to the Vaught Family for opening their home up for the Football Cornhole/ Kentucky Derby Fundraiser. The turnout was Awesome and getting Bigger Year to Year!!!!

Also Another Big Thank You TO People’s Mortgage/ Kerivans for Donating All the new Trash Cans in the Student Parkinglot. (20)!!!

On the Athletic page on website. Parent and Student information Uploaded. Register your Athlete for the grade now, July 1st site will switch to incoming grade as of July, First day of school. Physical Forms AIA 2017-2018 to be downloaded.

All done before Varsity Camp and/or First day of Official Practice.

Media Night August 4th 2017 Headed By Steve Shepherd/ Committee

Different format then last year. Pep Raly style. Cheer/Band in small gym then proceed into larger gym to meet the Teams. Everyone can meet and mingle. Then out to FIELD to watch the teams SCRIMMAGE and Dinner will be served from Concession Stand. Upcoming meeting for Media Committee TBD.

Golf Tornament August 5th2017 Headed up By Stephanie Pearson/Committee

Held at Ocotillo Golf Course. Venue is a little bigger then last year.

IN NEED OF: Volnteers, Raffle Items, Gift Baskets, Silent Auction Items.

Ask Businesses to Donate items or Sponsor a HOLE!!!

Brick Pathway first order has arrived!!! Waiting on estimates for the removal of concrete and laying of the bricks. All proceeds go to our Booster Club. This is a continues Fundraiser for the program Orders will be in phases throughout the Year. 2nd phase being excepted now.

WE ARE A NIKE SCHOOL NOW

Players will be uniformed in Nike Gear for the season. We will start with the Varsity Team and then it will trickle down to JV and Freshman. We will have the online store open again for parents to get discounted gear, cleets, gloves….

We are also working on Apparel order forms for Parents/ Family members to order through.

COACHES CORNER

First 7x7 Thursday June 8th RED MT. 4:15PM-- 1st game 5pm

NAU 7X7/ BIG MAN June 10th 2017 Flagstaff Team check in 8am

ASU 7X7/Big Man Monday June 12th. 4:00pm

Freshman Do Not Get Discouraged!!!!! Coaches are still figuring out what they have and where to put everyone. If you RUN, HIT, TACKLE Coaches will find away to get you on the field.

JV/VARSITY 7x7’s are not about Winning!! They are only games. It shows Coaches how you compete and Battle to be successful!!

Concussion Helmets to be in by the first 7x7 games.
