Your School Study Abroad Academic Adviser will complete the school nomination section and return your application form to the Office of Global Engagement on your behalf. Your School Study Abroad Academic Adviser is responsible for confirming your acceptance to study abroad at the Malaysia Campus.

3.  SUBMIT YOUR SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO THE UK OFFICE OF GLOBAL ENGAGEMENT

You will be required to attend a compulsory information meeting in March 2018 when you will receive further information about the supporting documents that you need to submit. Students who have been accepted to study abroad at UNMC by their School Study Abroad Academic Adviser will be sent details of this meeting by email. You will then need to submit your supporting documents at a drop-in session the date of which will be sent to you. You should not submit your supporting documents on any other date.

Please note that relevant personal data will be shared with the Malaysia campus in order to support your studies there. Your personal data will be stored in a secure system and will only be used for required purposes of administering your studies and student support. By signing this document, you are confirming that you understand that your personal data will be processed in this way. Should you be accepted, your name, course and email address will also be shared with other students who will be studying abroad at the Malaysia Campus during 2018/19.
