1Declaration of IMS Policy

1.1IMS policy

High-quality products and processes minimizing environmental load and observing work and health safety regulations guarantee permanent trust of our customers.

Utmost satisfaction of our customers and permanent trust in our products is the major priority of all employees of our company.

By continuous development of the products and optimization of applied processes we will permanently bring improvement and benefit to our customers. Such economical performance also brings benefit to our shareholders.

Suppliers are chosen according to Siemens standards and they are integrated into our processes. Their performance is being constantly monitored and we encourage them in their process of continuous improvement. We only chose the best suppliers who are able to provide services of the same quality as we do who adhere to legal provisions, as well as to our standards and comply with all our requirements concerning the environment and occupational safety and are able to supply energy-saving products and services.

We give top priority to occupational safety and health, environmental protection and energy management (EnMS) in all activities. It goes without saying that we act in compliance with valid legal regulations and by-laws. We go beyond the scope of these obligations by trying to apply latest EHS, EnMS knowledge, medical and scientific research. All processes are controlled and managed safely and adapted to valid mandatory regulations and are in accordance with the latest SIEMENS EHS and EnMS projects. We continuously search for, evaluate and minimize risks and near accidents. Environmental protection also includes reducing energy and material demand.

We inform business partners and wide public about our environmental activities.

We have positive impact on the employment rate and on the public life in the region.

We respect and develop company culture where the code of ethics is based on high legal and moral standards.

We procure all necessary sources and information in order to fulfil our demanding targets.

Each employee is liable for the quality of his/her work and for the adherence to the principles of environmentally friendly conduct, safe performance, occupational health and effective use of energy.

Each employee further:

Takes an active approach when ensuring the quality of his/her job performance.

Enhances their knowledge concerning quality, environmental protection and work safety and contributes to their continuous improvement.

Applies suggestions for enhancing quality, environmental profile of the company and work safety including suggestions for prevention.

Every manager feels responsible for the quality, environmental protection, occupational and health safety, enhancing energy efficiency and it is their task to actively support the awareness in these areas.

Encourage their staff to responsible conduct in the field of quality, conforming to the principles of environmental protection.

Behave in an exemplary way, participate in the prevention of possibly hazardous situations, ensure further education and sharing experience within the scope of their competence and powers.
