The regular meeting was called to order by President Rachel Zimmerman at 1:40 in Student Center 207E. The roll was called by Secretary Jordan Mahan.

President –

VP of New Members-
· reminder of branching out March 28th in DZ Chapter Room
Secretary/Treasurer-
· In exec we discussed Roundtable, Pi Chi interviews, and doing a mini recruitment workshop for DZ this Sunday the 6th per their request
· Balance is the same.
Recruitment Director –
· Make sure girls contact Hershila if they are having issues with Pi Chi apps.
· Recruitment round table went well. Make sure you are getting feedback from chapters about recruitment roundtable.
Asst. Recruitment Director –
· Will be making a survey for recruitment round table. Encourage girls to fill it out.
PR Chair –
· Will be receiving approval for GNO social t-shirt today.
· Bear Facts Day Saturday, will be shopping for new décor soon
Scholarship Chair –
· Starting Woman of Integrity Scholarship forms
Historian –
· no report
Social Chair –
· Girl’s Night Out Panhellenic mixer is March 16th 8-10 at AST House!
Philanthropy Chair –
· no report.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
· Motion made by ASA to take rule 38 discussion off the table.

Motion passes unanimously to strike Rule 38 from UCA’s Recruitment Rules
NEW BUSINESS:
· SSS moves to determine and announce adjusted Spring total at the first Panhellenic council meeting of the semester.

· SSS moves for spring total reset based on median chapter size to be determined and announced at the first Panhellenic Council meeting of the semester.
