Dear Sam:

Your (Homeowners Insurance Coverage) through this agency has been in effect with the (Golden Fleece Insurance Company) for the past several years.

As our agency no longer represents the (Golden Fleece Insurance Company), we are recommending that your (Homeowners Policy) be transferred to the (Silver Badge Insurance Company) at the expiration date.

If you would like to discuss this change or would prefer that your policy be with one of the other fine companies we represent, please arrange to meet with us in our office at your earliest convenience.

If we do not hear from you prior to the anniversary date, your policy will be transferred as indicated, and you will receive a new policy from the (Silver Badge Insurance Company) on the anniversary date.
