Overall aim
The Concierge Team Leader will work across a defined geographical area leading the delivery of a high quality and responsive concierge service to Evolve customers and the community.
This is a mobile responsive post that will provide a visible supportive presence to a large concierge team. This role will follow a shift pattern that will include nights, weekend working and daytime office based shifts.
Key responsibilities
›Provide support and supervision to concierge staff.
›Provide a roving mobile service to provide support to staff and a visible presence to communities.
›Provide an out of hours response in the event of business continuity plan activation.
›To be responsible for your own health and safety, and that of anybody else who maybe affected by your acts or omissions.

›To act in accordance with the aims of Evolve Housing + Support and promote and implement Evolve’s Equal Opportunities Policy, Code of Conduct and all other polices adopted by the Board.
›To attend all staff meetings, supervision and training as required.
›To work at other locations as and when required.
