- Treasurer’s report
See Appendix 2. The Treasurer reported that the ending season had been financially very satisfactory. However, he warned that, owing to the demise of the County side, about £200 of income would be lost in the upcoming season. In spite of this drawback, however, plus the loss of two League teams (see below) and a likely increase of the BCF game fee from its present 32p, he was recommending that the League Team fee should remain at £32 for another season, as covered in Item 11.

Lester Millin presented the Junior Liaison Officer’s report. See Appendix 3
Peter Hemmings presented the grading Officer’s report. All the season’s games had been graded and reported to the BCF. He had not yet received the Grading Book for 2003, but expected to have this shortly.

This was agreed as four divisions of 7-6-7-7, with Banbury placed in Division 2

14. Constitutional Rule Change Proposals
Rule 12.4 Cowley proposed a time limit of all moves in 90 minutes in Divisions 1 -3, and all moves in 75 minutes in Division 4. This was carried by 8 -3
New Rule Cowley proposed that no player may play more than 14 games for a club in the League in 1 season. This was lost by 7 – 2.
