Spinal Drop - in Clinic

Your GP has recommended that you attend a Physiotherapy Drop-in Clinic regarding your spinal problem. This service is for patients over 16 years and aims to provide:

  • Early access to experienced Physiotherapists.
  • Early screening of symptoms.
  • Discussion of diagnosis and reassurance.
  • Early advice on management.
  • Appropriate pathway management for your specific type of symptoms.

You will be seen by a Physiotherapist who will discuss your problem and advise you on your appropriate management.

  • You will be expected to complete a questionnaire before seeing the Physiotherapist.
  • Please bring a list of your current medication.

How to access the clinic?

  • Select a clinic which is suitable and present this leaflet.
  • As this is not an appointment based clinic you do not need to book an appointmentjust Drop-in.
  • Please notethese clinics do not operate on Bank Holidays.
  • If you have any difficulty understanding or speaking English please bring someone with you to interpret.

You may attend any of the venues listed at your earliest convenience. Should you require further treatment you may request any Physiotherapy Department of your choice. Please note this service works on a first come first service basis and there may be a short wait before being seen. On the rare occasions when there is unprecedented demand you will be allocated an appointment at the end of the next clinic.
