Bidder will complete the Work as specified in the Contract Documents for the replacement of at least two (2) trommel thrust rings for the following lump sum bid price (please use itemized table below). Bidder may bid on Item 1.1, “Manufacture trommel thrust rings,” or Item 1.2, “Install trommel thrust rings,” or both Items 1.1 and 1.2.

2.  Bid Price For Optional Work

Bidder will complete the Work as specified in the Contract Documents for the replacement of up to six (6) additional trommel thrust rings, at CRRA’s sole and absolute discretion and direction, for the following lump sum bid price (please use itemized table below). Bidder may bid on Item 2.1, “Manufacture trommel thrust rings,” or Item 2.2, “Install trommel thrust rings,” or both Items 2.1 and 2.2.

Bidder affirms that the lump sum bid prices on the previous page represent the entire cost to complete the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents, and that no claim will be made on account of any increase in wage scales, material prices, delivery delays, taxes, insurance, cost indexes or any other rates affecting the construction industry or this Project, and that each and every such claim is hereby expressly waived by Bidder.
