It is required to register you in the competition, and maybe used to contact you regarding future competitions. Financial information will be used to process payment. Organization of the competitions requires that names will appear on posted pairing and seeding lists and result printouts as well as programs. Names/Pictures may be on boards, media and in newsletters. Alternative contact and medical information will only be used in a medical emergency. If you have questions about the collection of or use of this information, contact the events Coordinator.
In consideration of my accepting this entry, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the City of Fort St. John, the Fort St. John Elks Speed Skating Club, the British Columbia Speed Skating Association, Speed Skating Canada, its Agents, Officers or Members, for any and all injuries suffered by me at said contest to be held January 2627, 2013.
