A Critical Review of Sukhbir Sandhu,, 2009, 'What colours them green? An enquiry into drivers of corporate environmentalism in business organizations in developing and developed countries’,University of South Australia, Thaidbas class, 2009.
Author conducted a study on the influence of organization culture on ethical decision making in environmental responsiveness between two groups of big business corporate from developing country: India and developed country: New Zealand. This research aimed to define a corporate environmental responsiveness under the recognition of the importance of the natural environmental by the business organizations and its integration into strategic decision making and provide further evidence on the effect of environmental responsiveness differences since results from business operations in both groups of study.
The study reveals that group of corporate from the two countries responded differently to environmental ethics in particular when the corporate in India responses to environment because first order of law and regulation whereas the corporate in New Zealand responses to it by ether ethical order, two order, or first order, law and regulation. However the results of the other dimensions provided less clear relationships as the two cultural groups of corporate differed only slightly on the same dimensions of big entrepreneurs form both countries. To the extent that this research is exploratory, Further of this study should provide insights into the importance of recognizing cultural differences for firms and companies that operate in their home country settings. However several limitations must be considered clearly in interpreting the study findings not just only bias.
In summary, this research has to be admitted that the current study is still far from being conclusive. Further studies must be undertaken, better measures in methodology must be developed, and larger samples must be used to improve our understanding concerning the exact relationship between organization culture and decision making. Despite some deficiencies in methodology, to the extent that this research is exploratory i.e. trying to investigate in legal enforcement issue in both countries, the study has provided some insights to corporate for culture in developing ethical standards across national borders.
Applicability to current business practice, this research provides the aspects of good governance and ethic in doing business between the two difference countries, We can improve corporate by given this finding to top management person not just the listed corporate including SME corporate to do business and social care at the same time.

A Critical Review of Basil Tucker& Lee Parker, 2009, ' If the cap fit : the relation between management control systems and strategy in the NFP sector’ University of South Australia, Thaidbas class, April 2009.
Authors conducted a study on the management control systems and strategy as used in commercial sector would applicable to not profit organization and how do strategy and management control system interact in not profit organizations?. This research aimed to investigate the MCS-strategy relationship with not profit organization sector as a contingent variable is extremely limited, and provide further evidence on the impact of not profit organization to social & economy.
The study reveals that group of private Non Profit Organizations from the three continental countries responded differently to management control systems and strategy among their differently educational backgrounds. However the results of this study provided less clear relationships between management control system and strategy in the non-profit organization as the two cultural groups of corporate differed only slightly on the same dimensions.The research questions did not clearly answer. To the extent that this research is to improve the representative of population, Further of this study should provide insights into the importance of recognizing cultural differences for countries and organizations that operate in their home country settings. However several limitations must be considered clearly in interpreting the study findings not just only bias, but this research is not plenty of contributions.
In summary, this research has to be admitted that the current study is still far from being conclusive. Further studies must be undertaken, better measures in methodology must be developed, and larger samples must be used to improve our understanding concerning the exact relationship between organization culture and management control systems and strategy. Despite some deficiencies in methodology, to the extent that this research is cope with both of qualitative and quantitative but it is not enough. The study has provided some insights to organization objectives not justify only not profit income, but their types of activity across national borders.
Applicability to current business practice, this research provides the aspects of working style in non- profit organization, The results can be use for business practice when we do business with these organization, It will help us understand how do they work and how to interact with them. Although, this research has some shortages as mentioned, the value results impact to social and business sector that directly because most of non profit’s budget attributed and donated from government and business or private sector. This outcome form this study let us clearly understand how do they work? And how can we donate or support them to work for social.

A Critical Review of Roger Burritt & Pual Shum, 2009, ' Across country Study in Determinants What colours them green? An enquiry into drivers of corporate environmentalism in business organizations in developing and developed countries’,University of South Australia, Thaidbas class, 2009.
Authors conducted a study on the improvement of listed corporate, by clearly of accounability for shareholders and investors, therefore increasing company’s growth rates. This research purpose is to define a corporate as a good governance for increasing demand on business sector to improve sustainability performance and positive relationship between corporate sustainability and economic/financial performance and also sustainability is the most important means to communicate sustainability performance to steakholders and and realise to economics benefits.
The formal study is known that group of 100 corporate from the United States of America independently verified sustainability reports. This research reveals from 38 listed companies from developed and emerging countries are determined and the findings are “Stronger legal enforcement mechanisms, higher levels of audit quality, audit independence and trustworthiness nurture a business culture that reinforces provision of credible information to the users or stakeholders, and results in higher level of sustainability reporting and assurance. The higher the level of economic resources proxied by ROA, the more slack resources company can allocate to invest in sustainability activities, reporting and assurance.” However the result of the other dimensions provided less clear of data collection because this study is limited by secondary data only, the findings might not represent the population. To the extent that this research is in-dept interview or questionnaire survey. Further of this study should provide all size listed companies not only just large size because all of them is under controlled by same law and regulation.
In summary, this research has to be improved methodology to collect primary data. Further studies must be undertaken, better measures in methodology must be developed, and larger samples must be used to improve the findings.
Applicability to current business practice, this research provides the aspects of good governance and ethic in doing business between the steak-holders and economic benefits i.e. investors in the stock exchange under standard of law and regulation. This results are benefits to other especially SMEs companies.

A Critical Review of Byron Sharp, 2009, 'Law of Growth’,University of South Australia, Thaidbas class, 2009.
Professor conducted a study on the old fashioned marketing science that marketing is a big practical studies based on lot of hard works doing replication across countries, different conditions time, etc., giving reusable results, meaningful not just statistical relationships, far too little is known about marketing, This study aimed to hence program of R&D produce or disseminate new and widely re usable benchmark& insight, define a marketers what they want to know?, and provide further evidence on the law of marketing science.
The study repeated empirical observations, across a wide range of conditions which lead to scientific law for prediction and explanation which lead to theory or model. This is presented the “building block” of scientific laws what simply things are related under what conditions, what matters, and what does, theories need to be built on the bedrock of empirical laws. The paper reveals the law to grow must substantially increase the size of customer base, and purchase frequency by penetration. However the results of the other dimensions provided less clear relationships as the environment of the law of marketing growth, the extent that this research is to build the formula for the law of marketing growth science that is under controlled by a rounding its environment. Further of this study should provide insights into the importance of customer behavior focus on their purchase frequency. However several limitations must be considered clearly in interpreting the study findings.
In summary, this research has to be admitted that the current study is still far from being conclusive. Further studies must be undertaken, better measures in methodology must be developed, and larger samples must be used to improve our understanding concerning the exact relationship between the number of customer growth and the purchase frequency, extent to explain the reason of buying.
Applicability to current business practice, this research provides the law of marketing growth as a new paradigm of marketing which marketer should know. The body of knowledge in this study that we can apply to all size of business is to the purchase of frequency and how can we take care them in term of sustainability as well as extend the customer base wider.

A Critical Review of Carol T. Kulik., 2009, 'HR and the line: Devolving people management activities to line managers” University of South Australia, Thaidbas class, 2009.
Professor conducted Thaidbas student on the overview of H.R.M. (Human Resource Management) and focusing on devolutions or delegations of authority between the line manager and human resource manager in organization. This study aimed to define a devolution who has to response it between the two, who is primary responsible for each of these activities? And who should be responsible for each of these activities?, the devolution trends after study , there are same 4 assessments which the line and HRM need devolution each other as:
1) Leadership development
2) Coaching
3) Culture
4) Succession
The finding of this study reveals that HR is increasingly involved external activities and devolving internal activities to the line. There are a few negatively evaluated and claimed by either HR or the line, HR would like to devolve additional responsibility but the line is unlikely to enthusiastic about this transfer, and the line relies on source of support to other than HR. However the results of the other dimensions provided as devolution outcomes is effectively positive to the people management effectiveness. To the extent that this research is exploratory, Further of this study should provide insights into the importance of recognizing cultural differences for firms or companies that operate in each their industries or in their area of work settings. However several limitations must be considered clearly in interpreting the study findings.
In summary, this study has to be improved to verify a cross country not just only Australia. Further studies must be undertaken, better measures in methodology must be developed, and larger samples must be used to improve our understanding concerning the exact relationship between organization culture and area of industries. Despite some deficiencies in methodology, the study has provided some valuable insights to corporate for culture and ethic in Australia.
Applicability to current business practice, this research provides the aspects of good human resource management for that appropriate period. The most importance presently is IT software of Human Resource Management which this study has been abandoned as external environment, We can apply to use this knowledge as case by case in Thailand.
