Immunization Clinic Schedule
Our mission is to provide quality, family–centered health services to all members of the community, especially to those who encounter barriers to care. Our immunization clinics are FREE for eligible children and are located at area churches for your convenience.
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. A parent or legal guardian must accompany the child.
  2. You must bring a record of any previous immunizations.
  3. Immunizations can only be given to children up to 18 years of age.
  4. In order to be immunized, eligible children mustmeet one of the following requirements:
  5. Has NO insurance
  6. Has insurance that does NOT cover immunizations
