No more than three members may be residents of the City of Goose Creek. Upon expiration or termination of the intergovernmental agreement between the City of Goose Creek and the Goose Creek Park and Playground Commission, any member serving on the commission representing the City of Goose Creek is deemed ineligible to serve and his seat is deemed vacant.”
