OUTSTANDING NEBRASKA FFA ALUMNI AFFILIATE

AWARD GUIDELINES

PURPOSE:To recognize Nebraska FFA Alumni Local Affiliates for outstanding accomplishments and to encourage other Affiliates to further achievements.

ELIGIBILITY:All chartered and active Nebraska FFA Alumni Affiliates are eligible. To apply, an FFA Alumni Affiliate must submit application or the “FFA Alumni Outstanding Affiliate Award application. The “Nebraska FFA Alumni Superior Affiliate Award (Short Form) is no longer available

SELECTION:The Nebraska FFA Alumni Awards Committee shall select the outstanding affiliates.

AWARD PRESENTATION:The FFA Alumni Affiliate awards shall be presented at the Nebraska Annual FFA Alumni Conference. The awards committee will recognize eligible applicants as superior, bronze, silver, or gold.

The Nebraska FFA Alumni Association may submit for national consideration the application(s) of at least 1 affiliate or no more than 20 percent of all superior, bronze, silver, and gold rated affiliates, which ever is greater. In order for an affiliate to be considered for national competition, the affiliate must submit the “FFA Alumni Outstanding Affiliate Award (long form) application“. Those affiliates qualifying for national competition will be recognized as the OUTSTANDING NEBRASKA FFA ALUMNI AFFILIATES and will be announced in alphabetical order (i.e., no ranking).

The Outstanding Nebraska FFA Alumni Affiliates are eligible to forward their respective application to the National FFA Alumni Office for national recognition consideration by July 1.
