Introduction –

I’mDale Prill,Course Director for the Federal Employee Golf Association (FEGA). FEGA has approximately 175 active members that tour various courses in the Portland – Vancouver area during the Spring, Summer and Fall. We have your courseOGA Members Course @ Tukwilascheduled for member play during the period from 5/14 to 6/10. The designated FEGA Course Manager and your contact is Mike Conners. He will deliver and pick up our score book a few days ahead and after scheduled play. I would like to obtain some general course information that we can post atour member website to assist them in scheduling their rounds.

  1. Confirmation that we may leave our scorebook at your Pro Shop for recording member scores during this period?Yes at the desk in the Pro Shop.
  1. Do you have a course computer available for posting rounds to GHIN?Yes.
  1. What are your regular green fees for 18 holes?

Weekdays - $38.00 members, Weekends - $40.00 members. (+$10.00 for non-members).

  1. Do you have specials rates or coupons?

Early Bird (before 8:30 AM) - $32.00 without cart Mon. thru Fri..

Senior (62years +) - $32.00 anytime Mon. thru Thur.

Twilight (3:00 PM on) - $32.00 all 7 days ($5.00 per player for power cart)

Note that these usually go quickly and should be scheduled as early as possible.

  1. What are your power cart fees for 18 holes?$14.00 / player

GPS?No.

  1. How far in advance can tee time reservations be made?5 days with reservations desk open at 6:30 AM.
  1. Current course conditions?Excellent.

Any ground under repair or construction?No.

Plugging & Sanding?

Course opens at 6:30 AM unless light green sanding & sweep delays opening until 10:00 AM. (5/17, 5/30)

Winter rules?Summer.

Cart paths only?Currently 90 degree rule.

  1. Any potential scheduling conflicts?

Men’s Club?Players Club (80 Members) – Sat. 10:00 AM Start - May 13th & June 17th. (Note – this is outside our schedule for play).

Women’s Club?See above.

Tournaments?5/20 – blocked until Noon, 5/26 – blocked until 1:45PM, 6/3 & 6/4 – blocked all day,6/5 blocked from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, and on 5/21, 6/9 & 6/10 they have a block of 7 to 8 tee times around Noon.

  1. Do you have practice facilities?

Driving range?Full.

Putting green?2 large.

Chipping area?2 of different range.

  1. Other information of general interest to post for our members?

They are looking forward to seeing us on the course.

They have a full restaurant (Orchards Grille) open Wed. thru Sun. until 6:00 PM. They have a deli and bar open during play and on busy days a food / beverage cart roaming the course.

Drinking water available on the course.
