This puppy is being sold as a pet with limited registration. Spay/neutering is required at 4-8 months of age. Registration papers will be provided when proof of altering has been received. Send copy of spay/neuter bill to Karol Chicken/ 15198 Hartford Lane/Grant City, MO 64456 along with a self addressed stamped envelope. New owner agrees that their dog will not be kept tied on a chain for any length of time or subjected to any other inhumane treatment. New owner also agrees that their new pet will be fed a quality food and that they will never release their pet to a shelter.

To the best of the breeder’s knowledge this puppy/dog is free of disease and defects at the date of sale. A health certificate will be obtained for the puppy/dog traveling out of state by air. The buyer has 3 days from the time of delivery to have the puppy/dog checked by a veterinarian of their choice at the buyer’s expense. If the buyer’s vet exam reveals that the puppy/dog is sick or diseased or a genetic defect is found and a vet of the breeder’s choice concurs with the diagnosis, the buyer may return the puppy/dog to the breeder at the buyer’s expense. Notice of the intent to return must be given to the breeder within 3 days of the delivery of the puppy/dog along with a statement in writing from the buyer’s vet as to the health problem. This puppy/dog is guaranteed free of life threatening genetic defects until 2 years of age. If a life threatening genetic defect is found, the buyer may return the puppy at the buyer’s expense and a puppy/dog of equal value will be replaced as soon as one becomes available. Cryptorchidism (undescended testicle) is not a life-threatening condition and thus is not covered within this guarantee. This puppy/ dog is sold with no warranties, either expressed or implied, in AS IS condition with no guarantees other than those stated herein. No veterinary bills will be paid by the breeder.

Deposits are nonrefundable.
