Dear Water polo Friends,

Järfälla Simsällskap in association with the Swedish Swimming Federation is going to organize the 13:th Youth Water polo Tournament, “Upptramp Cup” in Järfälla, 25 km northwest of Stockholm, June 14-16, 2013 for boys and girls.

The playing schedule will depend on the number of teams in each group, but we plan for each team to play at least 5 games and at the most 7 games.

The Tournament will start on Friday June 14 at 18.00 and ends Sunday June 16 at 15.00.

The Tournament will have 3 different age groups:

A girls born 1996 and younger, new clubs are allowed to play with some older players

B boys and girls born 1998 and younger

C boys and girls born 2000 and younger

Each club must bring one referee to the tournament – Please write the name by assignment.

Each game will be 2*12 minutes gross playing time. Playing field will be 17*12 m.

No Time Out.

Participant fee: EUR 80 / SEK 800 per team. Please transfer the amount (by signing) to our bank account in

Lodging:

We can organize accommodation at Welcome Hotel at phone +46-8-621 61 00 (the Price is not yet finalized but it´s cheap to be in Sweden). The Hotel is 4 km away from the pool and you will need a car or a 3-day card at the public transportation system in Stockholm, price approx. 200 SEK or 120 SEK (under 20).

The cheap alternative is on hard floor in a nearby school (100 m from the pool) for 40 SEK per person and night, in order to keep the costs as low as possible.
