Drinking water pipe in accordance with DIN 8074/8075, DIN EN 12201, made of PE 100-RC acc. to PAS 1075, with the highest resistance to slow crack growth; pipe colour black;verified in accordance with DIN 8075, DVGW GW 335 Part A2 and PAS 1075, with a continuously extruded protective coatingmade of polyolefin (signal blue akin to RAL 5005), with yellow-green stripes akin to RAL 6018.An approval for the medium drinking water is existent.
Piping construction according to PAS 1075 Type 3, pipe with dimensions according to DIN 8074 with an external protective layer.
Butt fusion jointing without removal of the protective coating, welding according to the relevant guidelines. Suitability for butt fusion jointing without cutback (removal of the protective coating) hast to be confirmed by an independent testing institute.
The monitoring and certification of constant material quality as well as the regular component testing acc. to PAS 1075 is carried out by an independent testing and inspection institute which is accredited by the “Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik” DIBT (German approval body for construction products an types of construction), Berlin .
Pipe manufacturer certified acc. to DIN EN ISO 9001 (quality management), DIN EN ISO 14001 (environmental management) as well as DIN EN ISO 50001 (energy management).
All necessary butt fusion joints are to be made according to the requirements of the relevant technical guidelines, corresponding welding parameters for polyethylene apply. The joints are to be performed according to the pipe manufacturer’s current technical manual.
