Student Practice Log
Your Name:
How to use this log:
1) Use the code below to chart your progress:
I = Initial—you explored with the materials independently
P = Presented—you presented it to someone, with or without consulting notes
R = Received—you were the child for someone else
O = Observed—you watched someone else present it
M = Mastered—you can give a quality presentation without notes, with graceful analyzed movements interacting appropriately with the “child”.
2) After each session, write down I, P, R, O, or M for the activities that you practiced, as well as the date underneath the code:

How this log is used:
This log is used in several ways:
- By you – to chart your progress with the materials
- By MCM– to ensure that you are spending enough time with each material
- During exams – examiners will occasionally request these records to determine how much you practiced a certain material. Ensure you keep accurate records of practice.
