Hello everyone!
I am pleased to say that we are underway in preparing for our third statewide FDCTraining of Trainersin July in the cooler mountains of Flagstaff. This program is for those staff interested in becoming Trainers & Advisors for the 90 hour Empowerment Skills for Family Workers Credential that was developed through Dr. Claire Forest from the University of Connecticut. You do not have to have earned the 90 hourFDCCredential to become a trainer or advisor.
Our schedule of training days is below. Through the wonderful graciousness of NACOG Head Start all sessions will take place in Flagstaff at their training facility and will be 6 – 8 hour training days with breakfast & lunch provided.

Attached to this letter, please find a copy of an application that we ask all staff who is interested in applying to participate. Included in that application is a listing of the costs per participant that are included in the course fee. We wish we could offer it for free, but there are program fees & materials that we need to ensure are covered for the Association.
