By signing this form, you (the Author(s)) agree to grant to us (the Publisher) the exclusive right both to reproduce and/or distribute your article ourselves throughout the world in volume, electronic or any other medium, and in turn to authorize others to do the same. You agree that we may publish your article in electronic format online and that we may sell or distribute the article on its own, or with other related material in volume, electronic or any other medium.
You affirm that the article is your original work, has not previously been published, and is not currently under consideration by another publisher. If it contains material which is someone else's copyright, you promise that you have obtained the unrestricted permission of the copyright owner (please attach evidence of this) and that the material is clearly identified and acknowledged within the text. You also promise that the article does notcontain anything which is libellous, illegal, or infringes anyone's copyright or other rights.
We promise that we will respect your rights as the author(s). That is, we will make sure that your name(s) is/are always clearly associated with the article, and we will not make any substantial change to your article without consulting you.
Copyright remains yours, and we will acknowledge this in the copyright line which appears on your article. However, you authorize us to act on your behalf to defend your copyright if anyone should infringe it, and to retain half of any damages awarded, after deducting our costs. You also retain the right to use your own article (provided you give full acknowledgement of the published original) as follows, as long as this does not conflict with our business: for the internal educational or other purposes of your own institution or company; mounted on your personal web page; in whole or in part, as the basis for your own further publications or spoken presentations. In addition, you may post a copy of the final published version of your article to a free public institutional or subject repository;such copy must include the following notice:

Under this agreement the Publisher may assign its rights or obligations without the consent of the Author.
Where the Author(s) comprises two or more persons, as listed in clause (1) of this Licence: (a) the Author(s) agrees that they are jointly and severally responsible to the Publisher for the performance of all the Author(s)’ obligations contained in this Agreement; and (b) the Publisher shall divide equally between each of the persons comprising the Author(s) any payments or copies of the Work herein due to the Author(s); (c) at least one person listed as Author above is hereby appointed as the representative of the Author(s) and any and all instructions, comments or approvals given by that person to the Publisher that do not conflict with the provisions of this Agreement shall be binding on each of the persons comprising the Author(s) as though given by each of them; and (d) at least one person listed as the Author(s) in clause (1) is entitled to sign this Agreement on behalf of the other Author(s) and all persons so listed in clause (1) are legally bound by the terms and conditions of this Licence.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and shall be subject to and construed according to the Laws of England and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
