Position Description: Receptionist

Purpose of Position: To provide receptionist duties, customer focused service and administration support
Responsible to: Corrie Warner
Salary Range: $37,440.00-$41,600.00
Hours per week: 40 (Must be able to work until 6.00pm)
To provide professional and friendly support to clients / · Being client centered
· Appropriate and accurate information is given
· Confidentiality and privacy are maintained at all times
To provide reception duties / · Phone calls are answered promptly, accurate messages are recorded and distributed timely
· Internal queries are dealt with promptly and appropriately
· External queries are referred to appropriate staff and/or referrals
· Waiting area is tidy and rooms are stocked
To provide office administrative duties / · High level of bio-data is collected, and entered accurately
· Data collection, register maintenance and statistics are completed accurately, timely and are reported
· Facilitate and administer the process of claiming and invoicing for client expenses
· Word processing, scanning and general office administration
· Clinical and office supplies and equipment are maintained
· Provide clerical support for team meetings
· Information resources are maintained
· Quality improvement processes including problem solving, monitoring, recording and reporting are accurately completed
· Internal management of information management system and network
Training and Supervision

Essential / Desirable» Minimum of 3 years of office experience / ü
