Scholarship English 10 Students Study Island
Your grade is based on the percentage that you earn on each test. You must answer 10* questions for each test. For example if you earn an 82.4% on a test, your grade will be 8.2/10. You will have to work on your own time to complete the assignment. Post tests are totally extra credit based on your percentage. You must answer 20 questions on the post tests. Study Island is due at the beginning of your class period. You do not have to turn anything in. I will print it from the study island website.

I will accept Study Island late with a 20% reduction in grade per day it is late -up to 2 days. If you are turning it in late, you must print out your report and turn it in to receive credit. . Use the bar graph next to the reading or writing test page to find the report.
Getting Started on Study Island
1. From Internet Explorer, go to www.studyisland.com .
2. Click in the Username box and enter your username. Your username is your school network username with “@bhs” added to the end, such as sharons@bhs .
3. Click in the Password box and enter your password. For most of you, this will be the same as your school network password (the “animal-number” password). Then click Login.
4. On the left column under or at the top, click on Language Arts. Then in the middle of the page is a large list of OH Programs. You will be working with OH 10th Grade - End of Course (EOC) Preparation (Reading) from now until November and OH 10th Grade - End of Course (EOC) Preparation (Writing) from December through February.
5. Follow the guidelines above for test deadlines.
