Meeting of UDSA Presidium has started at 13:00 at the meeting hall of State Committee of Ukraine on physical culture and sports, Esplanadna str., 42 (9th floor).
Present members of UDSA Presidium: Sviatoslav Wloch, Sergiy Korochansky, Valentyna Fedorchuk, Volodymyr Lisunov, Volodymyr Kozak, Sergiy Marych, Anatoliy Byelov (State coach of non-Olympic kinds of sports), Irena Bous (UDB President), Iryna Kravchenko (representative of FDSU), Larysa Filimonova (President of FARRU), Sergiy Marchenko (President of UFIDBIS).

Approved the following agenda:
1.Membership of UDSA in IDSF.
2. Organization questions.
3. Changes and additions to UDSA Regulations.
4.Approval of changes and additions to calendar of UDSA competitions for year 2005.
5. Approval of UDSA budget for year 2005.
6. Miscellaneous .

Approved the following Time restrictions for the work of meeting of UDSA Presidium:
Beginning at 13.00, end at 17.00.

On first item:
Sviatoslav Wloch acquainted all who were present with information regarding getting by UDSA from State Committee of Sports of Ukraine of status of national sport federation for period from 03 December 2004 until 03 December 2008.
Listened to decision of regional court of city of Heidelberg (Germany) about compensation of financial losses to Sviatoslav Wloch (attachment #1).
On second item:
Decided:
According to agreements between regional sport committees and UDSA regional departments to oblige presidents of UDSA regional departments together with regional sport committees to form structure of combined teams of a region in dancesport and to make confirmations for participation in Ukrainian Championships and Cups of combined teams of region in structure of eight couples per program.

Decided:
To oblige once again all presidents of UDSA regional departments to take part in open meetings of UDSA Presidium which are held monthly according to approved calendar of open meetings of UDSA Presidium.

According to proposition from State Committee of Sports of Ukraine to approve in structure of UDSApresidiumState coach of non-Olympic kinds of sports Anatoliy Byelov.

According to agreement between UDSA and FARRU to approve in structure of UDSA Presidium President of Federation of Acrobatic Rock-n-Roll of Ukraine Larysa Filimonova.

To give to Igor Soronovych powers of official UDSA representative when having discussions with IDSF representatives in all questions which regard membership of UDSA in IDSF during holding of the competition “Stanislav Shklyar’s Cup 2005” in city of Dnipropetrovsk on December 17-19, 2004. In case of wider official discussions of questions regarding membership of UDSA in IDSF to involve members of UDSA Presidium – Viktor Kravchuk, Irena Bous, Sergiy Marych, Volodymyr Kozak, Valentyna Fedorchuk, Volodymyr Lisunov.

To create commission on rules of execution of figures in classes which are valid since 01 January 2005 in structure: head of commission – Irena Bous, members of commission – Valentyna Fedorchuk, Marichka Grigoriychuk, Volodymyr Kozak, Igor Soronovych.

To charge to Valentyna Fedrchuk and Volodymyr Kozak to prepare propositions concerning division of functions of chairman and sport inspector of competition.

According to Olympic charter to admit to participation in Ukrainian Championships and Cups exclusively citizens of Ukraine or citizens who have changed their citizenship 3 years ago.

To allow dancesport clubs – members of UDSA regional department which have no valid settlement bank account to transfer all fees in full size to UDSA account.

To make changes to regulation about holding of competitions of series of UDSA Grand Prix, that is instead of – “competitions must be included into IDSF calendar of competitions” to change into “international open competition”, and also instead of – “11 foreign adjudicators from different countries in each program according to the list IDSF” to change into “11 highly qualified foreign adjudicators who are proposed by organizer and approved by UDSA Presidium”.

Because of inclusion into catalogue of UDSA clubs and adjudicators in April 2004 a number of members of UDSA Donetsky regional department and non-payment of fees for them for year 2004, to count paid fees for year 2005 for these members as payment for year 2004 and payment for year 2005 to execute once again.

On sixth item:
Considered application of Sergiy Marych about non-execution of UDSA Regulation concerning payment of his participation in adjudicating of competition «KYIV OPEN 2004» 28.08.2004.
Listened to Valentyna Fedorchuk who confirmed her non-participation in financial deals at the competition «KYIV OPEN 2004» 28.08.2004.
Decided:
To oblige Sergiy Dorogovtsev to execute payment of debts for travel expanses and payment of work as adjudicator for Sergiy Marych at the competition «KYIV OPEN 2004» 28.08.2004 until the next meeting of UDSA presidium.
