NOTICE OF PENDING BOND ORDINANCE AND SUMMARY
The bond ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the governing body of the City of North Wildwood, in the County of Cape May, State of New Jersey, on June 6, 2012. It will be further considered for final passage, after public hearing thereon, at a meeting of the governing body to be held at the Council Chambers in City Hall on June 19, 2012 at 10:00 o’clock a.m. During the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting, copies of the full ordinance will be available at no cost and during regular business hours at the Clerk’s office for the members of the general public who shall request the same. The summary of the terms of such bond ordinance follows:
Title: “Bond Ordinance Providing for Various Capital Improvements of the City of North Wildwood, in the County of Cape May, New Jersey, Appropriating the Aggregate Amount of $2,540,000 Therefor and Authorizing the Issuance of $2,413,000 Bonds or Notes of the City to Finance Part of the Cost Thereof.”

c) Emergency Management:

Providing for replacement of fire prevention vehicle, replacement of ambulance, acquisition of rescue vehicle and refurbish surplus vehicle for high water rescue operations, including all work and materials necessary therefor and incidental thereto. / $230,000 / $218,500 / 5 years
e) Public Works:
1. Providing for parking meter software, beach pathways, beach tractor with rake, snow plow and salt spreader, ¾ ton truck, load-n-pak and fleet shop truck, including all work and materials necessary therefor and incidental thereto. / $476,000 / $452,200 / 5 years
2. Providing for storm water improvements-tideflex valves/man-hole seals, including all work and materials necessary therefor and incidental thereto. / $15,000 / $14,250 / 40 years
