- Sound & Lights. Meeting Monday 1300 with Ms Crampton & Matt at the school.
4 / SUMMER BALL 10th JUNE
- Still need prizes (Auction and Raffle). Especially the money can’t buyones.
- Tickets have SOLD OUT.
5 / CIRCUS 8th July 2017
PROGRAM
- Programs tobe £1. To be sold after church services etc.
- Print run of 1-1.5K, with tear-off raffle ticket section.
- 27 pages + cover.
- Printing costs £500, current advertising revenue £690.
- Will be distributed to churches as soon as printed. Will also be on sale at school.
- Online Tickets to be ready to go on-sale on-line 5th June. Need to state “NO ENTRY WITHOUT TICKET”
- £10 initially, rising to £12 - 2 weeks before and £15 on the door if not already sold out.
- 600 seats, 1 ticket = 1 seat. Babes in arms go free. (i.e. on lap)
- If running own stall, need to be responsible for set up and all equipment. Table, Marque etc. as well as clear up. Payment in advance only as had some no shows previous years.
- Sharon doing t-shirts.
PREMIER SPORTS
- Sack Race, Archery, Tug-o-war.
- Stalls are responsible for bringing and returning all equipment required: Chairs, Gazebos, tables.
- Slots during circus performance still need to be staffed.
- Signup sheets to go to class reps with 1 hour slots.
- Rides booked from P&J entertainment are:Helter Skelter, Teacups, and 2 x bouncy castles.
- AM/PM to staff.
- Ideas. Human fruit machine, splat the rat, tin can alley, trash or treasure (hook a duck with prizes)
- Will Cummins to contact David Hart for equipment etc. Will need to source prizes (coconuts).
- Louise Russell getting volunteers
- Just need to take money / sort queues if wristbands.
- Decorate and fill bag with sweets.
- Wrapped sweets only.

PAYPAL CONTACTLESS READER
- JB purchased PayPal reader and passed over to AZ for setup for Summer Ball.
- Inflatables to be priced £1, and the teacup and helter skelter to be priced £2.50
- Wristbands to allow access to rides for the day. Priced at £10.
BANNER
- To be generic, not mention Circus as probably would have sold out …
- Get confirmation from Sue at Eton, also check if what circus asking for (power, overnight access to toilets, and entry from Friday evening) is possible.
