RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR VENDORS
1. All Borough Ordinances must be observed.
2. As a vendor I agree to take full responsibility for persons, property and merchandise, and will
not hold New Freedom Borough or Lions Club organizers responsible for any loss, damage or
injury to vendors’ persons, property or merchandise.
3. Alcoholic beverages, controlled substances, sale of firearms, martial arts weapons and
pornographic materials are prohibited.
4. Space size is 20’x25’, 1 vehicle per space, pegs and poles to be inside perimeter.
5. Vehicles shall be in place by 7:45 am and stand open for sales at 8:00am. Vendors are
responsible for handling money and change.
6. No vehicles will be driven on the grounds after 7:45 am for safety reasons. Late arrivals must
hand carry items to stands.
7. Tables rent for $7.00 ea as available; must be prepaid and will be delivered to your area.
8. Use of generators and electric cords is prohibited. No electric service will be available for
safety reasons.
9. No grills, stoves, open fires, or cooking allowed on grounds or parking lots.
10. Refreshments and food rights are all reserved. Good homemade food will be available.
11. Dismantling, tearing down stands, movement of vehicles is prohibited before 3.00 pm for
safety reasons.
12. Vendors may set up at 6:00 am. Coffee will be ready!
13. Each vendor is responsible for cleaning up their space and placing trash in the receptacles
provided before leaving. Vendor must take all empty boxes, bags and unsold items with them
when they leave the grounds.

at The Treehouse Florist, McKnight’s Appliances or Donahue Printing in New Freedom. Or mailed to:

16. NO REFUNDS – NO RAIN DATE
17. SPACE PRICE: $15.00 ea through May 1. On May 2 price is: $20.00 and on May 15 it’s $25.00.
18. Second vehicle parking available along Rail Trail and at 150 East Main Street Community Center.
Please keep the perimeter of playground open for your customers! It’s good for your business!

20. Enter Playground Alley off South Constitution Avenue. “Vendor” Sign will point the way!
