to order at 7:00 pm

That the Town of Raymore adopt the agenda as presented with the power to add.

That the Town of Raymore approve the minutes as amended of the regular meeting of Council held May 11, 2016 as read.

Statements That the Town of Raymore Statement of Financial Activities for the month ending May 30, 2016 be accepted as presented and subsequently filed.

That the following correspondence and reports as introduced by the Administrator be filed:

Mayor Malcolm Koncz took over chairing the meeting at 7:50 pm
Reports Rita Morrow reported on the Pool there is huge concern about the stain on the deck. Ron Hido is to call the toll free number and ask why it is pealing.
Kawacatoose and Gordon Schools are taking swimming lessons.
We need Chad Hubick to come in a fix the taps in the ladies shower room. Maybe we can find out if Vance Bentz can get us some warranty on the taps.
Joanne Hamilton gave her report for the month of May about the happening around the office and any concerns that may have come up during the month.
Aaron Miller asked if the town would mind if the REF committee added more permanent lighting to the sports ground. Council gave him the go ahead and install the lights at their expense.
Brian Bentz talked about the arena being wide open and the Raymore Arena and Pool board has to be more careful.
Malcolm Koncz talked about the shed at the sportsground being pushed into the bushes the person who did this will return it back to its place. He also talked about his meeting with CN and Linda Vergara.
Malcom also asked for a prototype rock supplied by Western Recreation paid for by SOS to be mounted in the swimming pool.

Windows That the Town of Raymore accept the quote from Fries Tallman Lumber to replace the windows in the administration building.

H.R Manual That the Town of Raymore approve the Town of Raymore Human Resources Manual developed by the CAO Joanne Hamilton.

Tabling the Raymore Dance Club request until we have more information until July 20, 2016 meeting.
New Business:
CAO Joanne Hamilton will write a letter to Tanya Acton and let her know that there is no agreement for sewer pump outs once a year, they are a courtesy the Town of Raymore provided. This courtesy will no longer be available.
Bylaw 09.06.16 Braman Jim/Mihalicz Glen:
Reading That the Town of Raymore unanimously agree to do three (3) reading for Bylaw 05/2016 at the June 6, 2016 meeting.

School That the Town of Raymore regretfully deny the request from Raymore school and Heather Fendlet for a work program because our outside employees are not stationary and are not at the shop all the time.

Diesel, 1100 hours, 72” cut, good working condition, Tenders will be received at the Raymore Town Office until 4 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28th, 2016 a 10% deposit must accompany Tender. Tender must be in a sealed envelope marked “Kubota Tender” Highest, or any tender, not necessarily accepted.
