  1. Action Item –Scripps Wildlife Management Area

(Describe the item up for action, ex: change fish regulation Y, change elk area plan, change waiting periods.) Find a way to remove wild horses and restore sensitive wetlands area. Maybe work with NDOW and NDOT to get funds from Heritage or Audubon to replace fences for restoration and due to safety issues.
