CONDITIONS
1. The organisers reserve the right to change or cancel any class or section, also to refuse/close entries.
2. The event is run under the Pony Club rules.
3. Hats – correctly fastened and PC tagged – must be worn at all times when mounted. Hats with a fixed peak are not allowed. (Hats can be tagged when you collect your number).
4. An effective BETA 2009Body Protector must be worn.
5. Medical armbands are compulsory-available to purchase on the day.
6. * Novice definition – combination not to have been placed 1stor 2nd in any ODE, HT or Tetrathlon.
7. Age as at 1st January 2017.
8. The judge’s decision is final. Any objections may only be made by owners and riders, in writing within 15 minutes of the completion of the class accompanied by a £10 deposit.
9. Horses/Ponies must be at least 5 years old.
10.There will be a timed section with an optimum time, the winner being the clear round closest to this time. No Stop Watches will be allowed.
11. Three refusals at any one fence or a total of four around the course will eliminate the competitor and they must leave the course immediately without jumping any more fences.
12. In the event of adverse weather conditions please ring 07899916582 on the day.
13. NO DOGS ALLOWED OUT OF VEHICLES.
14. OPEN TO NON PONY CLUB MEMBERS, but they must have adequate insurance cover.
15. Driving of motorised vehicles by under-age persons is prohibited on the estate.
16. Please remove all your litter and horse muck – this is grazing land.
17. PLEASE ENTER OFF THE A1 NORTHBOUND
WE ASK THAT YOU RESPECT THESE LAST THREE CONDITIONS IN PARTICULAR: WE ARE ABLE TO HOLD THIS EVENT AT OSBERTON DUE TO THE GENEROSITY OF THE LANDOWNER AND TENANT FARMERS AND WISH TO CAUSE THEM AND THE ESTATE RESIDENTS AS LITTLE DISRUPTION AS POSSIBLE.

The course will ONLY be available for inspection on the day of the competition

ACCESS VIA A1 ONLY
DIRECTIONS: Northbound – Access directly from A1. After passing over the A620 (Worksop/Retford), prepare to turn left in just over ½ mile (this is a small turning, with a short slip road, not a public road, taking you directly onto the estate). Pass over cattle grid, then straight on until you see PC signs, which will lead you to the site.
Southbound – from A1 take left sliproad onto A620(Worksop/Retford), then left towards Worksop passing under A1. Immediately turn right to come onto A1 northbound then follow above instructions.
We are not allowed to put PC Signs on the A1 so please follow the above directions.

Health and Safety The Organisers of this Event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety ofeveryone present. Forthese measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organisers and all the Officials and Stewards.
