- Being active helps children to build social skills, boost self-confidence and mental wellbeing and improve bone and heart health.
- This year, children can receive a 10 Minute Shake Ups a passport and stickers to help them embark on a Shake Up adventure with Disney over the summer.
- The new Change4Life 10 Minute Shake Up passport includes six Disney stories and Shake Ups. In each one, kids will discover fun games and activities inspired by their favourite characters - including Disney Pixar’s Cars 3, and Disney’s Zootropolis, Beauty and The Beast, Moana, Frozen Fever and The Lodge - to help them reach the 60 minutes of activity they need every day.
- When children have done their Shake Ups, they can choose a sticker and ‘stamp’ it in their passport page. They can choose any game they like to earn their stamps. Get the whole family involved and see if you can earn all your stamps by the end of the summer!
- There is also a summer event finder, for people to find events happening in their local area.
- We will also soon be making exciting announcements about how children and families can shake up their whole year.
- Every 10 minute burst of activity can make a real difference and helps children get the 60 minutes they need each day.
