Exchange timetable

Below is the timetable for exchanging skeletons and authorities between mooting teams AND delivery of the judge’s bundle to the Treasury Office.

You must email your bundle to the following people by 12noon two working days before the moot;

v  your opponents

v  Sally Yorke

v  Jessica Masi

Your bundle for the judge must be delivered to the Treasury Office also by 12noon two working days before the moot. This should be in hard copy, with tabs and in a folder/ring binder with your names on.

N.B. If you are an Out of London Student we will accept submission by email only and will print your bundle out for the judge. We require clear instruction as to how to set out your bundle and where you want your tabs and accept no responsibility for the bundle not looking exactly as you wish.

You must also bring a hard copy bundle for your opponents on the day of the moot.

Day of the moot / Skeleton Arguments and Authorities have to be exchanged (and judge’s bundles delivered to the Treasury Office) by
Monday / 12noon on the previous Thursday
Tuesday / 12noon on the previous Friday
Wednesday / 12noon on the previous Monday
Thursday / 12noon on the previous Tuesday
Friday / 12noon on the previous Wednesday

·  This time table is based on the day on which the moot actually takes place.

·  If the date of the moot is changed, the deadline for the exchange will be changed accordingly. E.g. If a moot date was changed from a Wednesday to a Tuesday then the exchange will change from the previous Monday to the previous Friday.

·  Middle Temple will not, unless special circumstances require it and then only in consultation with the Master of the Moots, alter the deadline for the exchange between the teams and delivery of the judge’s bundle.
