Thank you for being part of ITE HCMC 2013.

This year is the 9th edition of ITE HCMC – the largest and most established travel event in Vietnam and the Mekong Region. Every year, we strive to make ITE HCMC a bigger and better exhibition than the one before. We have set aside timeslots for CULTURAL PERFORMANCES and EXHIBITORS’ PROMOTIONS. Kindly note that there are limited timeslots available and it will be on a first-come-first-serve basis.

CULTURAL PERFORMANCES

Every year, at ITE HCMC exhibition floor, there will be a series of cultural performance contributed by various companies. The purpose of the cultural performance is to let other people understand the culture of the nation, people, beliefs, customs, practices, values and behaviors. By displaying the cultural performance will give visitors a firsthand experience of the diverse culture and artistic expression within the community and in turn, it will attract visitors to visit your country.

PERFORMANCE DURING THE OPENING CEREMONY – 12 SEPTEMBER

There will be an exhibition tour for the VIPs, Buyers and Media from 9:00am – 9:45am around the exhibition hall. Participants will be walking through the exhibition hall and we strongly encourage you to have a brief 1 – 3 minutes performance about your culture and country. You may wish to present a small souvenir that represents your country to the VIPs.

There will be performances lined up for the 3 days during the exhibition from the 12, 13 and 14 September within the exhibition hall.

The exhibition hall will be divided into 4 areas (kindly see the floor plan for the details). For example, on Day 1, Area 1 and 2 will perform in the morning and lunch time, and Area 3 and 4 will perform in the afternoon. This is to ensure that performances will be going around the hall throughout the day.

Kindly note that there are limited slots available. It will be based on a first-come-first-served basis. Please note that all performances will be at strictly maximum 20 minutes (inclusive of preparation time). Please fill in your preferred date, timeslot and the name of your performance.

EXHIBITORS’ PROMOTIONS

The Exhibitors’ Promotions is to give you the opportunity to drive traffic to your booth. You may have some activities or games to attract visitors to visit your booth. This year, we have set aside limited time slots for exhibitors to have your own exhibitors’ promotions. If you fill up earlier, we can help by promoting in our email blasts, website and onsite announcements. Information is subjected to Organisers’ discretion.

Please note that you will only be allowed to promote at your booth during the stipulated time slots. If you do not wish to miss out on this opportunity, fill in the box early.
