This competition will include a variety of show jumps and cross country style jumps. It will be run as a single phase competition with the second part of the course being timed.

CLASSES

CLASS 1 Fences 70-75cm approx

CLASS 2 Fences 80 -85cm approx

CLASS 3 Pairs relay

80 cm

CLASS 4Fences 90cm approx

CLASS 5 Fences 1m approx

Each class is open to individuals and teams of 3 or 4 members, the best 3 scores to count. Except class 3 which is a pairs only class.

Please note all classes will be run as a single phase jumping competition.

£13 per class or £35 for 3 classes per rider to include first aid cover (£2 Discount to PHPC members)

RULES

All classes will be judged under Pony Club Rules.

Neither the organisers, staff at KSEC, nor any person acting on their behalf accept liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to horse, rider, spectator or any other persons or property however caused. The organiser of this event will have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health & safety of everyone present. Everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all official stewards.

All teams must present themselves to the tack steward 15 minutes before their class is due to start to ensure that tack and turnout are according to Pony Club Show Jumping Rules. Failure to comply may result in elimination.

The judge’s decision is final.

The warm up arena will be stewarded and will run with 2 teams competing and one team waiting. The jumps in the warm up arena must not exceed height of jump in main ring.

No competitor will be allowed to wear spurs unless they can provide a letter from their DC or have passed their B Test.

Body protectors are compulsory due to the XC phase of the event. XC Colours are encouraged.

Ponies will be permitted to complete 3 classes in total.

Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.

Please ensure that you clean up after your pony, poo scoops are kept by the arena please help us to keep the car park clean thank you
