PERSON SPECIFICATION
EXPERIENCE
This job provides a “first step” and an excellent opportunity to enter into the social housing profession, and as such we acknowledge that some applicants will not have had a great deal of housing or work experience. Positive attitude and demonstrable commitment to working in a demanding, customer-focussed environment will be vital.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 GCSEs Grade “A - C” in English and Mathematics essential, 3 A levels grades “A – C” aredesirable.
- 1 years experience of working in a customer focused environment,desirable
- Driving Licence is Essential
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Skill in building rapport & relationships with a wide range of customers and staff. Ability to work well in a team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal andwritten.
- Ability to use I.T. including Word, Excel and Outlookapplications.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately, on a range ofduties.
- Ability to prioritise and persist diligently with a varied caseload, ensuring tasks are completed in a timelymanner.
