Booking

Please return the booking form and payment to: The Friends Manager, Development Office, The Courtauld Institute of Art, Somerset House, Strand, London WC2R 0RN or phone Membership on 020 3751 0546/2541 and pay by credit/debit card. To book a free event please email ; to register for a paid-for event, you may email but then please follow up with payment.

No Paper Tickets

Please note that we do not send out tickets for events, to save on administration and postage costs. Unless you hear to the contrary within 10 days your booking is confirmed. So, please note the dates and times of the events you have booked in your diary (and/or keep a copy of your booking form). We will however always send you a reminder email with the meeting details about one week before each event. If you have not heard from us, and you think you have booked, then please contact me to enquire after the status of your booking.

Cancellation – No refunds

If you are no longer able to attend an event and you give us two weeks’ notice, we will credit you for the amount of the ticket minus £10 administration charge per ticket unless we have already pre-purchased the tickets. We are unable to give refunds.

Guests

Friends may book tickets for a maximum of one guest per event (unless the event description states otherwise).
