Overall Experience summary
I have the experience in the development of new services within LA to include CP conferencing, 0-25 service, and multi-agency training along with development of a QA business unit. I have worked alongside others who have developed the single assessment and I have inputted strengthening families CP agenda to this process. I have also gained a vast amount of experience in Private and Public Law and work as an independent assessor and guardian in 16.4 cases. I am a member of NAGRLO and an affiliate member of Dispute Resolution Organization. I have also been a speaker at a national conference on the child’s voice in child protection and a speaker at a south east safeguarding conference on the strengthening Families approach to child protection.
