3RD & 4TH GRADE YOUTH FLAG FOOTBALL

2016 Registration Form

The City of Manchester Parks & Recreation Department will be offering a Youth Flag Football Program for children in 3rd & 4th grades for the 2016/17 school year. This program will stress the basic fundamental football skills, team work, fair play, and good sportsmanship. Teams and games will be coached and officiated by parent volunteers. Season length will depend on number of teams.

Location: / Field along Acers Street behind Middle School
Registration Fee: / $20.00/child - $5 late fee after deadline.
Draft and Coaches meeting tentatively scheduled for Wed Sept 7th at 7:00PM

We, the parents/legal guardian of the above named candidate, hereby give our approval for our child to participate in the Youth Flag Football Program. We assume all risks incidental to such participation in any and all youth flag football activities: and we do hereby waive, absolve, release, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless the City of Manchester, the organizers, supervisors, volunteers, and participants, for any claim arising out of injury to our child, whether the result of negligence or for any other cause.
