My guest and I agree to abide by all rules and regulations of El Dorado High School. I recognize my responsibilities as host, pertaining to the conduct of my guest and also in informing my guest of the school policies existent, including proper dancing, dress regulations, controlled substances, and smoking policies. We understand that violating the rules will result in removal from the activity and we will not receive any refund of fees paid.

The Night of the Dance:

*All Students and guests are required to carry a picture ID. A picture ID will be required for dance entry.

*Students/Guests who leave dance area will not be allowed to re-enter and will be required to leave.

*Freak dancing is prohibited. A Breathalyzer may be used at random.

*All school discipline policies are in effect and will be strictly enforced, regardless of age.

*Alcohol and/or drug violations will result in suspension, expulsion, and/or police action.

*No entrance after 9:30 pm.
