At St Anthony of Padua Community Association we aim to provide high quality person centred. However, we do acknowledge that sometimes things can go wrong and our high standards may not always be achieved.
As part of our commitment to providing the best services possible we always welcome any feedback given as we need to know if our service falls below the standards expected. We take all complaints very seriously and we look into all concerns raised. This allows us to not only put things right but also to reduce the likelihood of similar concerns occurring again.
How to make a complaint? We want to make it as easy as possible for you to raise your concerns with us. We have a Complaints Form, a copy of which is attached to this letter, which you can use or alternatively you can contact us by phone, email or in writing.
What happens next? We will contact you by telephone within 5 working days of receipt of your complaint to confirm that we have received it and to outline the actions we will be taking and the planned timeframe for completing any investigation which will depend on the complexity of the matters raised. We will keep in contact with you throughout this process. Following completion of our investigation we will contact you to confirm our findings and any proposed actions.
Comments and Suggestions As well as complaints there may be occasions where you wish to suggest areas for improvements or indeed you may wish to compliment us on the service provided. Again you can do this by telephone, in writing or by e-mail and our contact details are outlined above.
